Your responsibilities will include:
- Crafting Optimal Production Plans: Execute precise plans for in-house/outsourced manufacturing, considering lead times and logistics.
- Balancing Act: Skillfully balance supply/demand for timely product availability in distribution centers, aligning with inventory objectives.
- Building Bridges: Foster relationships with commercial, business, manufacturing, and supplier teams for end-to-end supply chain excellence.
- SAP Savvy: Maintain impeccable master data in SAP and JDA planning systems for accurate, rule-based planning.
- Lifecycle Management: Lead phase-in/phase-out process execution (PDLM).
- Strategic Reviews: Drive monthly SOP supply reviews; define mid/long-term supply plans.
- Mastering the Schedule: Plan, control, and maintain the short-term Master Production Schedule (MPS) to balance customer demands and inventory.
- Problem-Solving Pro: Proactively manage the supply chain through scenario mapping, root cause analysis, and allocation proposals when constraints arise.
- Driving Success: Contribute directly to key Commercial Supply Chain KPIs (CSL-Availability, CSP, SRM, SRMS), track inventory health (e.g., % of MAT sales, excess/aging stock), and monitor Operational KPIs (Factory CLIP, LAP, PIPO). What You'll Bring:
