Base pay range from 120-140k The Division Manager - Savannah - will be responsible for growing our presence in the region, managing daily operations, leading a skilled team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction in our commercial and industrial paint, drywall and flooring projects. The Division Manager – Savannah – should be able to manage projects, have P&L and budgetary responsibility and be a strong and effective leader. Qualifications:
- 5+ Years of Experience Project Management
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
- strong business development and client relationship skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills
- Possess a strong work ethic
- Ability to analyze financial data and manage budgets
- Ability to read construction blueprints & specifications
- Clean Driving Record
- OSHA 10 Certification
- Base Salary: 120-140k
- Bonus: Tier 1 (based on annual closed contracts and revenue)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all facets of projects; this includes managing budgets, schedules and all cost controls as well as ensuring quality installation of all coatings
- Manage client relationships and project expectations
- Provide internal reporting and projections on all active projects – WIP reporting and billing
- Communicate with Superintendents for project visibility and delivery of quality work
- Utilize Procore for setting up new jobs, initiating change events, monitoring daily job site reporting and GC communication amongst additional tasks
