In search of an organized administrative professional with a background in creating schedules and proficient in using Google Maps to create installation plans for multiple teams.  You will also be responsible for reviewing sales contracts, keeping communication open between clients and vendors, and assisting with a variety of administrative tasks. Experience in construction or manufacturing is a big plus! This position requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform under pressure. Position is Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm. Billingual not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create installation plans across states for multiple crews to maximize efficiency
• Research contracts  to provide accurate information to customers
• Proactively reach out to customers if there are known installation or repair issues
• Document each interaction thoroughly in the system
• Review customer orders by verifying pricing and ensuring options are buildable
• Assist with problem solving incomplete orders so they can be processed
• Assist with Accounts Receivable tasks and collections
• Contact crew members and customers throughout the day to keep them updated on progress
• Review customer's property photo to identify any issues that can affect a smooth installation
