Prior automotive experience and supervisory experience is a must.  Other critical experience includes: planning and scheduling, supplier risk management, and program launch experience.  (Any experience related to Ford, GM, or Stellantis would be helpful, too.) Responsibilities

The MP&L leader manages and directs daily operations, including long-term planning and reporting for material planning and logistics.

• Manage a mid-sized staff
• Oversee customer & supplier material schedule accuracy
• Ensure key metrics are achieved in delivery & customer satisfaction
• Manage Engineering Changes across multiple customers

Required Experience

• 3-5 years supervisory experience in supply chain
• Material flow management
• Planning and scheduling
• Supplier risk management
• Program launch experience
