This role is essential to maintaining vendor relationships and ensuring the accuracy of our financial records.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process, code, and enter a high volume of vendor invoices and employee expense reports, ensuring all items are assigned to the correct accounts and cost centers.
  
  
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies and vendor issues by communicating effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
  
  
• Perform regular reconciliation of vendor statements and freight invoices to ensure all payments are accurate and accounted for.
  
  
• Maintain and update the vendor master file to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
  
  
• Assist with the processing of weekly payments, including check requests and check runs.
  
  
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism and attention to detail in all tasks, contributing to a collaborative and efficient team environment.
