Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree in Accounting a plus)
- 3+ year of experience in accounts receivable or general accounting
- Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
- Prepare and submit billing with accuracy and timeliness.
- Accurately record all cash receipts and prepare bank deposits in a timely manner.
- Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all financial and proprietary information.
- Maintain professional relationships with coworkers, patients, vendors, and external partners.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and a positive, helpful attitude toward patients and families.
- Follow all company policies, including those related to compliance and harassment prevention.
- Collaborate effectively within an interdisciplinary team environment.
- Maintain dependable and regular attendance.
- Apply sound judgment and reasoning skills in daily tasks.
