Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from financial advisors, broker/dealers, and shareholders
- Act as the primary point of contact for shareholders, educating them on financial products, policies, and performance
- No financial advice is given; all communication is limited to public information and official documentation
- Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and first-call resolution with a high level of professionalism
- Requires ability to multi-task: navigate systems, follow documentation, and actively engage with clients via phone
