We are supporting a client who is hiring Mutual Fund Specialists to join their Milwaukee-based contact center. You’ll receive comprehensive paid training (7-8 weeks, on-site) and develop the skills to become a trusted expert in mutual funds and retirement accounts.  We're looking for great communicators who are eager to learn, are tech-savvy, and excited to grow. Whether you’ve worked in customer service, call centers, or are just ready for a career change, this could be your entry into a long-term financial services career.

salary: $27.06 - $27.07 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from financial advisors, broker/dealers, and shareholders
• Act as the primary point of contact for shareholders, educating them on financial products, policies, and performance
• No financial advice is given; all communication is limited to public information and official documentation
• Ensure accuracy in transaction processing and first-call resolution with a high level of professionalism
• Requires ability to multi-task: navigate systems, follow documentation, and actively engage with clients via phone
