Are you a hands-on leader with a passion for optimizing operations and driving results? We’re looking for an experienced Industrial Operations Manager to join our team in Rancho Cordova. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day plant operations, manage teams, and ensure production efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage daily industrial operations, including production, scheduling, and workforce supervision
- Monitor KPIs and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime
- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance
- Develop and mentor team members, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory levels effectively
- 3+ years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or operations management
- strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
- Working knowledge of lean manufacturing or continuous improvement principles
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Competitive salary: $66,000 – $75,000 annually (based on experience)
