Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses
- Prepare and follow up on detailed quotes for standard and custom sensor products
- Enter and manage purchase orders in the ERP system, ensuring accuracy and timely processing
- Support outside sales team with customer updates, documentation, and lead management
- Maintain and update customer records within CRM software
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to address technical questions and project requirements
- Assist with pricing strategies and coordinate internally to meet customer delivery expectations
- Product knowledge to guide customers through options and applications
- Help manage ongoing customer relationships and resolve issues as they arise
