Join our team as a Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator and become a key player in providing the outstanding support our customers rely on. From managing delivery updates to resolving issues with professionalism and care, you’ll help ensure a smooth and positive experience from start to finish. SHIFT DETAILS: Fluctuating hours. 7am to 4pm, 8am to 5pm, 9am to 6pm, and 10am to 7pm plus rotation of weekend days. (Supervisor will settle on a fixed schedule with you as well) All shifts include an hour lunch.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide support to customers, partners, and drivers via phone and email
- Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism
- Troubleshoot and resolve service-related issues
- Monitor and track delivery routes to ensure efficiency
- Scan haul-away pods and verify required documentation
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
- Great communication and multitasking skills
- A calm, solution-oriented approach under pressure
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred)
- A passion for helping people and resolving issues

What you’ll need to excel:
At a minimum, you’ll need:
• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
It’d be great if you also have:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment
• Great customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues
• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations
