- Manufacturing industry experience (Medical Device industry strongly preferred).
- Experience with SAP (Oracle experience preferred).

- Profound knowledge of end-to-end accounting processes.
- Pay Rate: $53 per hour.

- Schedule: Full-time (40 hours). This role is initially office-based for training, then transitions to a hybrid schedule (24 hours in office, 16 hours remote).

Responsibilities
What You'll Do:
- Support the Accounting Controller & Senior Finance Manager in managing the Trial Balance, with a focus on balance sheet analysis, fixed assets, government grants, and various transactions & postings.
- Ensure accurate bookkeeping and a reconciled balance sheet within corporate deadlines, proactively addressing discrepancies under limited supervision.
- Help implement and recommend policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with teams to ensure seamless accounting processes and accurate preparation of financial accounts, verifying precise and timely bookings.
- Perform master data management activities within SAP and/or Oracle, including GL accounts, cost center managers, and project numbers.
- Lead projects aimed at improving accounting efficiency in key areas like fixed assets, intercompany, and project accounting.
- Complete Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) documentation and requirements for assigned areas, ensuring risks are identified and controlled.
- Provide support by covering team members and completing other special projects as assigned.
