Responsibilities
- Support the Document Creation Team and the System Maintenance Team with a variety of analytical, operational, system troubleshooting, and client interaction accountabilities
- Flex and pivot to provide support to the priority at hand
- Intake new client documentation
- Review the documentation for accuracy
- Research and track down missing information
- Contact internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure all missing information is inputted and 100% accurate in the system
- Provide quality assurance to new clients for systems implementation; including setup, testing, and administration of the point-of-sale product programs
- Calculate and audit premium, discount, interest, and loan amounts
- Ensure premium remittance and claims systems are set up properly with policy numbers for the new credit protection clients
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, internal stakeholders, Account Managers, Sales Directors, Distribution Partners, and Home Office associates regarding internal systems questions
- Assist third-party vendors with form testing and proper setup in financial institutions
- Partner with sales and underwriting teams to ensure program details are accurate before setting up in the internal system of record
- Build internal relationships, learn the processes, and share feedback
