Responsibilities
As a National Field Trainer, job duties include:
- Design, develop, and execute compliant, brand-aligned training initiatives to elevate the effectiveness and credibility of the sales team.
- Deliver dynamic classroom and virtual training sessions that incorporate adult learning principles and performance-based learning techniques.
- Provide actionable feedback to training participants to foster growth and enhance field performance.
- Leverage existing Learning & Development platforms to drive consistency and minimize duplicative efforts.
- Serve as an expert in immunology, disease state knowledge, brand messaging, customer engagement, and business acumen.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years pharmaceutical field sales with Immunology sales experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success designing or delivering training (e.g., as a District Sales Trainer, Rotational Trainer, or Guest Trainer)
- Robust facilitation and presentation skills with a demonstrated ability to engage diverse learners.
- Marketing experience or exposure to brand planning processes.
