Inside Sales Representative openings in Murfreesboro, TN with an established school fundraising company. Help schools across the country raise thousands of dollars to put toward playgrounds, gym equipment, benchmark testing, school events and more!  As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling our  full-service fundraising solution to schools, organizations, and other groups. This inside sales role involves calling a high volume of accounts each day and using best practices turn prospects into long-term customers.  You will work closely with the Sales Manager to meet and exceed sales targets and utilize the CRM for tracking and optimizing your sales activities. Best of all, you'll enjoy extended breaks during Christmas and summers as they follow school schedules!

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify sales leads (list based) to engage potential customers through cold calls and networking to generate new business opportunities. Contact previous customers to re-book them for the upcoming school year. 
• Share the benefits of our fundraising program to schools and PTO's; document each interaction in the CRM in a timely manner. Will make high volume of outbound calls daily. 
• Effectively use sales tools to manage sales activities, track progress, and ensure successful execution of fundraising campaigns. Resources include various forms of marketing materials. 
• Participate in scheduled meetings with the sales team to discuss successes, challenges, and progress towards quotas.
• Be self motivated and driven to achieve and exceed sales targets.
