Responsibilities

• Dispatching and Scheduling Service Requests - The core responsibility is to triage calls and inquiries from customers and then assign and schedule service requests to technicians. This involves a high degree of independent decision-making to efficiently allocate resources.
• Managing Service Order Lifecycle - This role is responsible for the entire life cycle of service orders, including creating, editing, completing, and invoicing them. This ensures that every service request is properly documented and processed from start to finish.
• Efficient Resource Management - A key duty is to manage resources efficiently and effectively for all scheduled service. This means optimizing technician assignments and ensuring that service calls are handled in a timely and organized manner.
• Monitoring Technician Assignments - The Service Coordinator monitors service orders assigned to technicians, keeping track of their progress and ensuring that tasks are being completed as expected.
• Reconciling CRM Reports - On a monthly basis, the Service Coordinator is responsible for reconciling various CRM reports. This likely involves ensuring data accuracy and contributing to the overall understanding of service operations.
