Randstad is looking for Loan Documentation Processor 3 in MINNEAPOLIS. MN. We are seeking an experienced Loan Document Processor 3 to support mortgage operations with an emphasis on underwriting-level document review, insurance verification, and pipeline management. This role functions as a key quality checkpoint in the loan process—requiring deep familiarity with mortgage documentation, exceptional attention to detail, and strong analytical judgment. You’ll work closely with underwriters, processors, and other mortgage professionals to ensure that all loan files meet investor and regulatory requirements before final decisions are made.

Position: Loan Documentation Processor 3 Location: Minneapolis,MN Pay: 24 Shift Days/Hours: Monday-Friday  08:00am - 05:00pm

Responsibilities

• Underwriter role, previous doc review, insurance documents, stellar attention to detail and correct data entry along with matching of information in various systems. Familiar with mortgage process and policies.
• Review and validate loan documentation for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with underwriting and investor guidelines
• Analyze borrower income, assets, credit, and insurance documents to identify inconsistencies or missing information
• Cross-reference and match data across multiple internal systems to ensure consistency and integrity
• Evaluate insurance documents (hazard, flood, title) to confirm acceptability under company and investor standards
• Flag potential credit or documentation risks and escalate as needed for underwriter review
• Manage loan pipeline tasks and maintain workflow priorities to meet service level agreements (SLAs)
• Collaborate with underwriters, loan officers, and fulfillment teams to gather and clarify documentation
• Support condition clearing and ensure accurate, timely updates to loan files
