Our client located in the heart of Orlando, FL is a global leader in braking systems for the two-wheel sector, is seeking a Customer Service & Back Office Specialist to join their team. You’ll be the go-to person for managing the full order cycle - from processing customer orders in our ERP system to coordinating deliveries with Sales and Logistics. This role is ideal for someone organized, proactive, and passionate about delivering a top-tier customer experience.  Looking to inteview candidates in person the week of 7/28!



salary: $16 - $21 per hour

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process customer orders with accuracy and speed
  
  
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Warehouse teams on order status and delivery timelines
  
  
• Address customer inquiries regarding orders, shipments, and after-sales support
  
  
• Manage documentation including order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes, and credits
  
  
• Maintain clean records of customer interactions and shipment data
  
  
• Support internal process improvements and customer satisfaction initiatives
  
  

✅ What You Bring:

• 2–4 years in customer service, sales support, or order management (B2B preferred)
  
  
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision, or similar)
  
  
• Solid Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  
  
• strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  
  
• A team-oriented mindset with attention to detail
  
  
• Fluent in English & Spanish (Required)
