In this key position, you will manage critical project documentation using Enterprise Content Management Systems (ECMS), ensuring accurate distribution, maintenance, and retrieval of all project records in line with company standards. You’ll be the backbone of document integrity, providing exceptional customer service support, performing quality checks, and assisting with project closeout activities.

Responsibilities
As a Document Control Specialist, job duties include:
- Independently manage and support project document and records control activities.
- Review, log, distribute, maintain, retrieve, and file revision-controlled documents including drawings, specifications, supplier submittals, correspondence, material requisitions, construction work packages, and change documents.
- Perform and document quality checks on documents and records.
- Monitor and verify data entry accuracy for yourself and support staff.
- Use EDMS tools (such as InfoWorks/Documentum) to upload, download, and manage document version control and metadata population.
- 3 + years experience working as a Document Control Specialist or records management experience, preferably within a mining, engineering, or construction environment.
- Proficiency in document management systems, including document upload/download, version control, and metadata entry—experience with InfoWorks (Documentum) preferred.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
