We’re currently seeking a HR Coordinator to join a busy HR team supporting a distribution center in Logan Township. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys a mix of administrative support and hands-on employee interaction.  Schedule: Tuesday through Saturday, 8:30am – 4:30pm Pay Rate: $23-25/hr (flexible depending on experience) Type: Temp-to-Hire

Responsibilities

• Handle time-sensitive data entry and system updates related to employee status changes in HRIS and other internal systems
• Prepare and conduct new hire orientation, maintain onboarding records, and ensure completion of required documentation
• Track and maintain compliance-related documentation including performance reviews, progressive discipline, and termination records
• Support day-to-day associate inquiries and communicate key HR initiatives, events, and updates
• Provide guidance to supervisors and managers on HR policies and procedures
• Liaise with corporate teams for employee benefits support and assist with resolving associate benefit questions
• Coordinate and submit documentation for FMLA, leave of absence, and workers' compensation claims
