The Opportunity

As the Senior Accountant, you will be the bedrock of our financial operations. This is not just a numbers-crunching role; you will be a critical partner in ensuring the integrity of financial data, supporting key business decisions, and improving processes. You will have full ownership of complex accounting functions in a dynamic, project-based manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a Guardian of Our Financials: You will be a key player in our month-end and year-end close, taking ownership of the general ledger, journal entries, and complex reconciliations to ensure our books are accurate and timely.
  
  
• Master Our Balance Sheet: From fixed assets and prepaids to complex payroll and operational accruals, you will own the reconciliation process, ensuring the integrity of our company's financial position.
  
  
• Drive Compliance and Accuracy: You'll support our weekly payroll, ensuring compliance with all tax regulations, and serve as a key resource during external audits, helping us maintain our high standards of financial integrity.
  
  
• Impact Business Operations: Go beyond the numbers by analyzing financial data to uncover trends and opportunities for improvement. You'll also manage key operational finance tasks like Letters of Credit and our employee expense program.
