Do you have trust investment operations experience and used SEI and SWIFT?  Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and customer service-oriented?  The Investment Relations Trust Operations Analyst position is a highly visible role on the team.  Your enhanced Excel skills, knowledge of SEI and SWIFT, research and problem-solving abilities, communication skills, and administrative skills will be counted on to drive results within this Global Fortune 500 financial services company.  This role is within the investment space.  The main focus of the Investment Relations Trust Operations Analyst role is to ensure all trades are 100% accurate to avoid costly penalties. This is a long-term temporary role.  This role is a great opportunity for the professional desiring to have a long-term career in Banking Operations, Data Analytics, Risk Mitigation, Compliance, or within Operations as a Leader or Analyst.  It is a hybrid role with 3 days working in office and 2 days working from home.



salary: $25 - $30 per hour

Responsibilities

Be an integral part of the Trust Investment Operations integral.  You will interact with internal and external stakeholders as you research and problem-solve investment trade exceptions.

• Manage daily incoming trade execution messages through the SWIFT database
• Pull a large amount of trade information from multiple databases validating accuracy to avoid hefty fines for the corporation
• Manipulate large amounts of communication and data by utilizing advanced Excel skills
• Analyze large amounts of data and communication flowing into the internal database
• Research and interpret trade data
• Identify, update, and resolve discrepancies
• Communicate and update Investment Money Managers and Internal Stakeholders 
• Evaluate servicer performance to ensure compliance with stated agreements
• Work full-time on-site for the 1st couple of weeks to interact, meet, and learn from others; then move to work onsite 3 days a week and from home 2 days a week
