Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and enter them accurately into the ERP system
- Confirm pricing, availability, and delivery timelines with Sales & Logistics
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to customers
- Handle post-order customer inquiries, delivery updates, and issue resolution
- Support the back-office team with invoicing, delivery notes, and credit memos
- Maintain accurate records of orders and communication
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Warehouse, and Logistics departments
