- Proven experience as a Product Engineering Manager or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or product development environment.
- Technical knowledge and expertise in product engineering, design principles, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams and successfully delivering new products to market.
- Proficiency in product lifecycle management (PLM) software and engineering design tools (e.g., CAD, FEA).
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, industry standards, and quality management systems.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the product engineering team, providing guidance, mentorship, and technical expertise to ensure successful project execution and professional development
- Drive the product development process, from ideation to commercialization, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and cost targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Quality, to define product requirements and ensure successful integration of design and engineering considerations
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement by staying up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and market demands
- Develop and maintain engineering standards, processes, and best practices to drive efficiency, quality, and consistency in product development
- Develop optimized and robust injection molding processes using Scientific Molding techniques.
- Manage product development budgets, resource allocation, and project schedules to ensure on-time delivery and cost optimization
