Responsibilities
Operations & Financial Oversight
- Own P&L performance across your assigned region ($17M–$63M).
- Monitor and analyze KPIs, scorecards, and financial data to optimize performance.
- Collaborate on annual business planning and forecasting.
- Partner with Market General Managers (MGMs) to drive local market sales.
- Analyze declining markets and lead turnaround strategies.
- Support new business development and key customer relationships.
- Ensure SLA compliance for National Accounts.
- Coach and develop MGMs; lead performance reviews and team engagement.
- Conduct quarterly in-field “shoulder-to-shoulder” weeks with MGMs.
- Build talent pipelines for future leadership opportunities.
- Ensure SOP and reporting compliance across all operations.
- Act as liaison between operations and the support center.
- Lead process improvement initiatives and asset audits.
Skills
