You will spend approximately the first month training with the employee going on leave. Training is 100% onsite in Madison.

What You'll Drive:
- Agent & Broker Empowerment: Process vital contracts, manage state licensing, and meticulously track statuses for career, broker, and group agents.
- Onboarding & Development: Compile exciting new agent welcome packets, coordinate training registrations, and assist with lodging, meals, and incentive items to set our agents up for success.
- Relationship Nurturing: Help create and distribute team birthday cards, flowers, and all public goodwill initiatives – because every milestone matters!
- Information & Resource Hub: Assist with updating state website training documents and provide essential support for state meetings.
- Compliance & Ethics: Gather crucial information on personnel ethics complaints from policyholders and ensure proper tracking and follow-up with HQ.
- Operational Excellence: Expertly handle incoming mail and faxes, maintain optimal office supply inventory, initiate purchase orders, and reconcile invoices with precision.
- Reporting & Analytics: Provide critical support in preparing routine daily, weekly, and monthly reports, track awards, and assist with sales schools and contests.
- Event Orchestration: Play a key role in planning and arranging impactful conferences, meetings, rallies, and events that inspire and motivate!
