Our client, a Manufacturing company in the Packaging Industry, is seeking an experienced Business Development / Account Manager to join their dynamic sales team. Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets to achieve revenue growth.
- Maximize Profitability: Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximize profitability and grow market share.
- Build strong Relationships: Cultivate robust customer relationships through consistent communication and active engagement.
- Customer Advocate: Serve as the main point of contact, expertly managing all customer needs and inquiries.
- Solution Expert: Leverage in-depth knowledge of Ti solutions to recommend optimal products and features that meet client needs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal departments to ensure accurate customer forecasting, supporting effective planning and resource allocation.
- Strategic Insights: Communicate customer activities and market trends to the company to inform and support strategic decision-making.
- Flexible Contributor: Handle additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.
