We are hiring Seasonal Data Entry Clerks to join our team starting in mid-August. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment while gaining valuable experience.

Responsibilities

Monday- Friday

• Accurately input information from various sources into the company database using both alphanumeric and 10-key skills.
  
  
• Work in a climate-controlled environment with daily productivity goals and opportunities for monthly bonuses.
  
  
• Review customer and account source documents to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  
  
• Resolve data deficiencies by following standard procedures or returning incomplete documents to the team leader for correction.
  
  
• Maintain data entry requirements by adhering to established techniques, procedures, and quality standards.
  
  
• Verify and update customer and account data by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or re-entering information as needed.
  
  
• Support smooth operations by following company policies, procedures, and promptly reporting any necessary changes.
  
  
• Safeguard customer information and company operations by maintaining strict confidentiality.
  
  
• Contribute to overall team success by accomplishing related tasks and meeting departmental goals.
  
  

“Please note that you will need to be flexible with your schedule. While the start time will remain the same, your end time may change, and you may be required to leave earlier than your scheduled time. This role may transition into part-time depending on business needs.”
