Responsibilities
- Scan and code invoices for accurate data entry and processing
- Process vendor invoices in SAP, including trade invoices, freight, FB60 transactions, and coded invoices
- Pull and reconcile backup documentation from Concur to support SAP indexing
- Perform timely account reconciliation by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances
- Review, match, and process invoices, ensuring appropriate general ledger coding and approvals
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions
- Resolve discrepancies related to purchase orders, contracts, invoices, and payments
- Disburse payments to vendors, suppliers, and employees as scheduled
- Verify and process employee expense reports
- Assist with computerized check runs and maintain related logs
- Work with internal teams and external vendors to resolve billing conflicts and ensure timely payments
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements for business licenses and payment processes
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing billing information and verifying changes
- Provide high-quality customer service to both internal departments and external partners
- Perform other accounting duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of accounts payable experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas) and Word
- Strong 10-key data entry skills
- Experience working with large volumes of invoices
- Familiarity with GAAP and standard accounting procedures
