You'll be responsible for verifying financial and non-financial shareholder transactions, analyzing new accounts, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Responsibilities

As Transfer Agent, you will act as liaison and provide service to over 200 mutual fund/alternative investment companies and their shareholders. There are numerous opportunities for individuals, with excellent multitasking abilities to provide a superior level of service to our growing group of high profile clients and their shareholders.

• Efficient and detail-oriented individuals will be able to showcase their talents and develop long lasting relationships through excellent verbal, and written communications.
• Monitors and evaluates the quality of work as measured against timeliness, accuracy and productivity standards.
• Document quality issues, performance measures and quality improvements for management review.
• Provide information to assist in training and giving feedback to employees.
• Ensure proper application of and compliance with internal and regulatory standards, guidelines and procedures. Independently analyzes complex cases requiring high level analysis and expertise.
• Work is moderately complex and may fall outside established procedures.
• Verify all processing of shareholder transactions, both financial and non-financial, for accuracy and completeness.
• Analyze new account set ups and maintenance.
