Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of relevant experience; a combination of education and equivalent work experience will also be considered.
- Interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Solid problem-solving abilities and sound judgment when working under general guidance.
- Experience with order management, service coordination, or logistics preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP or service order systems is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail.
- Demonstrated initiative and willingness to participate in or lead continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate the end-to-end repair process from initial customer or channel partner request through repair completion and return shipment.
- Enter and manage service-related data and documentation (Service Orders, Sales Orders, Service Notifications) following standard procedures.
- Prioritize repairs and communicate timelines with technicians to meet schedules and performance metrics (KPIs).
- Lead resolution efforts for issues related to capacity, materials, customer concerns, and urgent repairs.
- Ensure accuracy of invoices and confirm that billing aligns with completed repair services.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (delivery, revenue, safety, quality, integrity), identifying and recommending process improvements where applicable.
- Generate reports, analyze data sets, and support or lead initiatives that improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to drive operational excellence.
- Perform additional tasks or support roles as assigned by management.
