We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join the back-office operations team of a leading financial institution in downtown Denver. This role is a key contributor to the smooth and compliant processing of securities transactions, providing essential support to financial advisors and their clients. You will be a crucial player in the operational aspects of a brokerage firm, handling moderately complex tasks with a keen focus on accuracy and compliance.

salary: $19 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Process Securities Transactions: Perform a variety of operational tasks on complex securities, including asset movements (wire transfers, ACHs) and trade processing.
  
  
• Research & Reconcile: Independently research inquiries and resolve moderately complex issues, reconciling transactions to ensure data accuracy.
  
  
• Document Review & Compliance: Review time-sensitive documents for good order and compliance with both internal and regulatory standards.
  
  
• Support & Collaborate: Respond to inquiries from financial advisors and their staff, and collaborate with internal partners to resolve complex issues.
  
  
• Problem Solve: Resolve moderately complex escalated issues by performing in-depth analysis and executing relevant risk programs.
  
  
• Process Improvement: Proactively identify and contribute to initiatives that improve overall processes, and participate in larger team projects.
