Our dynamic technology firm is seeking two skilled Senior Accountants (Accountant III) to join our finance teams—one in Menlo Park, CA, and one in Austin, TX. This is a key role for a motivated professional looking to make a significant impact within a fast-paced, innovative environment. Please note that both positions require full-time presence and are completely onsite.
As a Senior Accountant, you will be integral to our financial operations. Key responsibilities include managing aspects of the month-end close, preparing complex journal entries and reconciliations, and preparing financial statements in accordance with U.S. GAAP. You will be a vital contributor to internal and external audits, assist in strengthening internal controls, and analyze financial data to provide key business insights. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and participate in special projects aimed at process improvement.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or active candidacy highly preferred.
- 4+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- Experience in audit at a Big 4 public accounting firm is a mandatory requirement.
- knowledge of U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and SOX.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
salary: $50.1 - $51.77 per hour

Responsibilities
Manage the accounting for several data center construction projects from record to report including responsibility for month end close processes and SOX controls
Own multiple balance sheet accounts and the corresponding sub-ledger for varying levels of complexity
Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Infrastructure Business Partners to understand the broader business objectives, develop processes jointly and provide accounting guidance.
Identify process gaps and independently develop and implement solutions.
Provide support to finance management and other cross functional partners as needed. This includes ad hoc financial analysis, technical analysis, and special projects
