Responsibilities
- Process and apply daily cash receipts, including checks, credit cards, and wire transfers.
- Monitor and manage the accounts receivable aging report.
- Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies and customer billing issues.
- Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances and payment statuses.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer files.
