- Pay Range: $26 to $30 per hour, based on experience and education
- Thoughtfully designed schedules: We offer a range of predictable schedules with a single, direct rate of pay, including part-time roles with flexible 5-, 3-, or 2-day-per-week options
- Opportunities to pick up additional hours on Saturdays
- Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., Child Development, Psychology, Special Education).
- 1+ year of experience working with children/adolescents in a clinical, school, childcare, or in-home setting.
- Passion for pediatric therapy and solid understanding of child development stages.
- Knowledge of autism spectrum disorder and developmental disabilities; experience preferred or willingness to learn.
- Ability to implement treatment plans and document clinical notes accurately using medical software.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license for client commutes.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and respond quickly to client needs (e.g., running, crouching, prolonged sitting).

What You Will Do:
- Build trusting relationships by understanding clients' holistic developmental needs (emotional, social, mental health).
- Facilitate play-based learning for self-regulation, social skills, daily living skills, emotion recognition, and problem-solving.
- Adapt to client's home environments to foster meaningful interactions and routines in natural settings and communities.
- Maintain professional clinical notes after each session, detailing progress toward goals.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary DIRFloortime team to provide relational interventions and improve clinical outcomes.
