The Planner is responsible for managing inventory and sales forecasts. You will predict future retail and shipment needs by connecting promotional strategies, replenishment flows, and new product sizing. By proactively identifying opportunities to optimize stock levels, you will drive profitable sales.

salary: $50 - $51 per hour

Responsibilities

• Inventory & Sales Forecasting:
  
  
  • Determine appropriate stock levels to achieve retailer goals and maximize growth.
    
    
  • Forecast weekly net shipments for management review, representing the Sales perspective on changes, opportunities, and risks.
    
    
  • Create quarterly account budget and trend plans, including channel plans.
    
    
• Promotions & New Launches:
  
  
  • Monitor and resolve low or out-of-stock situations.
    
    
  • Forecast basic replenishment flows and vet weekly orders to remove processing barriers.
    
    
  • Plan and analyze promotional levels and sell-through.
    
    
  • Size new launch goals and opening order levels.
    
    
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  
  
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure plans are supported.
    
    
  • Support Customer Service for timely order processing.
    
    
  • Align with Demand Planning on item-level forecasting.
    
    
  • Secure necessary promotional, launch, and constrained item allocations with Sales Administration.
