- Assist with the setup and teardown of meeting rooms and event spaces as needed
- Complete various administrative tasks, including placing orders, processing purchase orders, and reordering office and maintenance supplies
- At least 2 years of experience administering a CMMS.
- Proven experience training individuals of all skill levels on CMMS software
- Experience working in a manufacturing or office environment
- Proficient knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical

Job Summary: The Facilities Coordinator will be a key member of the facilities and operations teams, responsible for the administration of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and providing essential support for daily operations.
