We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounting and Customer Service Associate to join the team. 

Position Summary The Accounting and Customer Service Associate will play a dual role, managing key accounting functions while also serving as a primary point of contact for our customers. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, enjoys problem-solving, and has interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and addressing customer inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience.



salary: $21 - $24 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Accounting Functions:
  
  
  • Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
    
    
  • Reconcile daily transactions and prepare financial reports as needed.
    
    
  • Assist with month-end closing procedures.
    
    
  • Maintain accurate and organized financial records.
    
    
  • Handle billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
    
    
• Customer Service Functions:
  
  
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
    
    
  • Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide information about products and services.
    
    
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
    
    
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely and effective communication.
    
    
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
