Responsibilities
- Loan Onboarding & Budget Management: You're responsible for setting up new construction loans in the system, ensuring the budget and all terms are accurate according to the Credit Committee Report. You establish the loan budget, perform data entry, and maintain its accuracy throughout the loan's lifecycle.
- Disbursement & Draw Process: You manage the timely processing of construction loan draws. This includes reviewing and analyzing requests, obtaining relationship manager approval, ordering third-party inspection and title reports, and ensuring the draw is funded to the correct budget line items. You also monitor interest reserve adequacy.
- Loan Maintenance & Compliance: You handle all post-disbursement activities, such as obtaining sales agreements, preparing demands for unit sales, processing lien releases, and issuing accurate payoff demands. You ensure all required documentation is scanned and saved in the imaging system. You also maintain current property and general liability insurance for all files.
- Customer Service & Communication: You provide excellent customer service by responding to client inquiries and serve as a key point of contact, interfacing with relationship managers, title companies, and other internal departments to manage the loan portfolio.
