Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site HR point of contact, taking employee inquiries and escalating or reviewing matters with the SR HR Business Partner.
- Provide friendly and professional employee support to frontline employees and site leadership.
- Manage onboarding logistics: I-9 verification, ADP onboarding tasks, safety and compliance training assignments (GotSafety, EasyLlama).
- Track and follow up on leave of absence requests and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.
- Support workers’ compensation documentation by collecting incident reports, coordinating meetings, and tracking corrective actions.
- Maintain safety logs and update trackers for RIR metrics, incident investigations, and safety meeting KPIs.
- Coordinate monthly safety meeting materials and provide administrative support for campaigns and compliance activities (e.g., safety shoe campaign, audit follow-ups).
- Assist SR HR Business partner with 30/60/90-day new hire check-ins and maintain onboarding dashboards.
- Assist in planning and executing employee events such as the annual Harvest Festival.
- Provide administrative support for performance management tasks, engagement tracking, and legal document organization.
- Collaborate with warehouse operations managers and ensure proactive follow-ups with frontline leadership.
