We're looking for a highly organized and business-savvy EA to support our client in Beacon Falls, CT. Our client is a busy entrepreneur managing multiple entities, including real estate holdings. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reviewing financials, managing calendars, and handling legal and compliance documentation with minimal oversight. This role requires advanced tech skills, solid business acumen and an ability to liaise with legal, accounting, and property management teams to ensure seamless operations and maintain organized cloud-based filing systems.

salary: $125,000 - $150,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 9 AM - 6 PM

Responsibilities

Understands multi-entity operations, including real estate investments, property management, and business workflows.
Legal and Compliance Awareness
Familiar with contracts, operating agreements, leases etc
Proficient in reviewing P&Ls, tracking expenses, invoices.
Excel proficency; financial tracking, reporting 
Confident using Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, e-signature platforms, CRMs and project/task management software.
Maintains cloud-based filing systems
Tracks deadlines, manages documents across entities
Able to support property acquisition, management leases, escrow tracking etc
Manage calendars
Track real estate deals, leases, expenses, and property deadlines.
Liaise with legal, accounting and property management teams.
