The Logistics Coordinator will be responsible for Coordinating the movement of goods and materials, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.  Ideal candidate Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be comfortable navigating and finding information on the internet, be organized and self-managed, flexible, and able to move back and forth between multiple tasks quickly and efficiently, and experience working in an office and warehouse environment.  MUST be able to work ONSITE.   Qualifications:

• Must have 1 to 3 years of related experience
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must be a quick learner and able to problem solve
• Able to navigate and find information on the internet

Responsibilities

Managing Transportation:

• Coordinating the movement of goods and materials, including scheduling, routing, and tracking shipments.

Inventory Management:

• Monitoring inventory levels, tracking stock, and ensuring accurate records.

Communication and Coordination:

• Liaising with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

Problem Solving:

• Addressing and resolving any issues that arise during the logistics process, such as delays, damage, or discrepancies.

Documentation:

• Preparing and maintaining necessary documentation, such as shipping manifests, customs paperwork, and invoices.

• Ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and safety standards
