Responsibilities
Time & Attendance Management
- Conduct regular audits of time and attendance records to ensure accuracy
- Ensure timecard change requests are accurately completed by employees
- Provide training and guidance to managers on proper handling of timecard change requests
- Generate and review reports from multiple sources to verify that all timecard changes are documented, accurate, and processed in a timely manner
- Administer the company’s leave of absence programs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations (FMLA, CFRA, PFL, etc.)
- Manage the ADA interactive process for employee accommodation requests, ensuring appropriate documentation and timely communication
- Assist in the workers' compensation process, including intake procedures, follow-up communications with employees and managers, providing necessary authorizations, and liaising with healthcare providers such as clinics
- Launch and manage onboarding in UKG, ensuring all required documentation is completed accurately and on time
- Support the offboarding process, including putting together the separation packet, final pay processing coordination, and retrieval of company assets
- Prepare HR reports and data extracts from UKG and other systems upon request, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Maintain accurate and compliant employee records
- Ensure accurate data entry for all employees
