Do you have 5+ years of partnering with stakeholders, including business owners, Information Security, and other subject matter experts to develop, document, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, risk-based approach to third-party risk management?  Do you enjoy investigating, assessing, researching, writing, collaborating, and reporting?  This is a multi-faceted and integral Third Party Risk Management Analyst role within a highly respected Minneapolis based company's compliance team.  We are seeking a local, skilled, passionate and Third Party Risk Management Consultant who is interested in a hybrid work situation. Free parking is being offered at least through the remainder of 2025!

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders, including business owners, Information Security, and other subject matter experts to develop, document, implement, and maintain a comprehensive, risk-based approach to third-party risk management
• Complete new and periodic third-party risk assessment
• Research information, interview parties of interest, and consul with internal experts to gather, understand and quantify risks associated with assigned third parties
• Maintain and monitor third-party profiles in the risk and compliance enterprise system 
• Consistently obtain up-to-date information and documentation to provide required timely risk assessments
• Oversee and assure new third parties and new services from current vendors are properly assessed prior to onboarding
• Work with a team to conduct front-end due diligence
• Identify and communicate third-party risk to the proper internal channels
• Own and lead ad-hoc projects and assessments pertaining to third-party risk
• Review and analyze various third-party submissions (SOC reports, assessment questionnaires, business continuity plans, financial reports, distributed documentation, etc)
• Stay up-to-date on relevant regulations and regulatory guidance set forth by the FFIEC, Federal Reserve, OCC, CFPB, etc
