Randstad has partnered with a well-established and growing company in Las Vegas on an exclusive search for a skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist. Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join their finance team and play a vital role in managing the company's cash flow and customer relationships.

salary: $23 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Generate and send accurate and timely invoices to customers.
  
  
• Process and apply incoming payments, including checks, credit card payments, and electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
  
  
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment, delayed payment, and other irregularities.
  
  
• Proactively contact customers via phone, email, and mail to follow up on overdue invoices.
  
  
• Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes.
  
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and billing information.
  
  
• Perform daily cash management duties, including preparing bank deposits and reconciling receipts.
  
  
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures, including account reconciliations and reporting.
  
  
• Generate and analyze accounts receivable aging reports to identify and prioritize collection efforts.
