Responsibilities

As a Value Access Analytics & Operations Consultant, job duties include: 

• Provide comprehensive field analytics, including KPI reporting, segmented channel reporting, and the development of custom reports for field leadership and Medical Payer Strategy (MPS) teams.
• Develop and maintain account lists, product launch trackers, activity reporting, dashboarding, and pull-through activities.
• Offer technical support for key V&A initiatives, including omnichannel digital engagement, account prioritization, and product access quality, to evaluate, monitor, and inform medical payer strategy and assess V&A impact.
• Support the design of database management solutions to enhance automation and efficiency, including data feeds and reconciliation across various data platforms.
• Support, coordinate, facilitate product training, conference engagement logistics, resource management, and annual approval of medical objectives and tactics. Identify and help resolve process inefficiencies.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in analytics, operations, or related fields within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
•  Demonstrated technical expertise in Smartsheet, Veeva, Power BI, Excel, OneNote.
• Experience or understanding of FDA, OIG, HIPAA, and other guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.
