We are seeking a detail-oriented Lease Administrator to join a well-established commercial property management company. This role is ideal for a professional with  organizational skills, looking for a part time flexible schedule, a background in lease administration, real estate, or property management. The Lease Administrator will play a key role in supporting lease operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance, and maintaining positive tenant and stakeholder relationships.

salary: $43 - $46 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Review, abstract, and maintain lease documents, amendments, and agreements.
• Accurately track critical dates (renewals, expirations, rent increases, etc.) and communicate with property management teams accordingly.
  
  
• Enter and update lease information in property management systems and databases.
  
  
• Generate reports related to lease terms, occupancy, and financial obligations.
  
  
• Support the property management team with tenant correspondence, compliance documentation, and other lease-related needs.
  
  
• Assist with audits, reconciliations, and reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  
  
• Maintain organized lease files and ensure all documentation meets company standards.
