Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation for various roles across the company.
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract passive and active candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and manage interview scheduling.
- Utilize and maintain our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track candidate progress and recruitment metrics.
- Ensure a positive and consistent candidate experience throughout the entire hiring process.
- Attend career fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines and promote our employer brand.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork and conducting orientation.
- Provide support for a variety of HR functions such as benefits administration, performance management, and employee relations.
- Help develop and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, and benefits.
- Participate in special HR projects as needed.
