Responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic problem solver by framing and executing data-driven approaches to address diverse business questions across functions
- Lead and contribute to cross-functional projects, applying knowledge of full project life cycles while acting as a trusted finance partner to internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with business partners and data teams to build scalable data models; synthesize insights and present findings to senior leadership using tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Proactively anticipate leadership decision-making needs by identifying key performance indicators and delivering insights that drive informed business actions
- Foster great working relationships with leaders and stakeholders through consistent communication, credibility, and financial expertise
- Thrive in a collaborative, team-based environment that values critical thinking, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement of finance practices
