Responsibilities
- A Case Manager interacts with customers/stakeholders in support of access and affordability programs, managing complex reimbursement and other patient care challenges with autonomy, and provides a positive customer experience.
- A Case Manager is thought of as a subject matter expert.
- Together with others they manage one or more elements that contribute to the success of the program(s) within their designated specialization.
- You will work under immediate supervision, ensure customer/stakeholder satisfaction by assisting, researching and responding to questions, inquiries and concerns, providing proper information in a timely fashion and in a manner that promotes continued business.
- You will uncover and communicate insights, obsess over the customer experience, and make us
smarter and faster to help patients get the medication they need to live healthy lives.
