We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to oversee our clients production operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient manufacturing processes, maintaining high-quality standards, and leading a team of production staff. This role requires strong leadership skills, a keen understanding of sheet metal fabrication, and familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 quality standards.  Candidates MUST have prior experience working in a metal fabrication shop and/or be familiar with sheet metal fabrication. salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure that all hourly production personnel have daily work assignments.
• Train employees on Shop Operations and Drawing Interpretation.
• Review Work Orders and devleop work center scheduled to meet delivery dates and provide efficient manufacturing flow. 
• Coordinate with the Engineering & Purchasing Departmens to minimize any negative impact on production operations. 
• Provide status on production schedule, including work in progress and delivery commitments.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance schedule on all equipment. 
• Support and encourage lean and continuous improvement. 
• Collaborate with management team to ensure ISO 9001:2015 standards are followed.
